Back to School support

Its that time once again! Backpack are full and excitement is in the air. My kids are ready to go back and see all their friends and favourite teachers. One of the most common questions I get asked during this season, is what should my kids be taking to keep them healthy and less prone to picking up all the “bugs” around school.

Well I did some work on my online wellness pharmacy and made a section just for this!

Here is the link - click here - if you want to go directly there.

But if you need to know more, keep reading ;)

Here is what I included in the stack, and feel free to add to cart only what you need:

  1. Multivitamin- this is a no brainer, especially if you have a picky eater. This multi covers the bases to keep the immune system in check. There are 2 options I gave here, either a spray (quick and easy!) or a powder that you would mix in water or juice (also easy but not as easy).

  2. Probiotic- your immune system starts in your gut! This chewable tablets has a great variety of flora to keeps your kid’s tummy flora happy and supported.

  3. fish oil - keeps inflammation down and also helps with brain development and happy moods! yes! chewable to makes things easy too.

  4. Vit D - as fall comes, we get less sunshine on our bodies. D drops are a must!

  5. anti-viral herbal support - “deep immune” is a supplement with TCM herbs in it to help you once your feel run down or like something is “coming on”. It is available in kid form and adult form and really should be in everyones herbal cupboard.

  6. extras - I added in a few “extras” to problem shoot - one for a cough or just once you get sick - elderberry is a powerhouse to help with immune function. The others are for stress which can arise once school is here - I have two formulas that both are lovely to help combat this - one is called “calm” and the other is a flower essence that some of clients have had great success with.

Reach out if you have any questions and need assistance with ordering anything.

Always happy to help!
